Making a purchase could not be easier. Have a good browse around the shop & add any items you would like to buy to your basket. When you have finished shopping click on ‘view basket’ to checkout.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We accept payment by most major credit & debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Switch & Solo) & Paypal. PayPal securely processes payments for Champagne Crafts. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase.
We will acknowledge your order by email. We try to stock all items that are shown on our site but cannot guarantee this. Therefore acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase an item. We will advise if anything is out of stock.
At this time we only accept orders from the UK.

Delivery
We aim to offer a fast & efficient service, & endeavor to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Once your order is selected, packed & ready to be sent we will send you an email to confirm dispatch.
Out of stock items
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to confirm & any money will be refunded. Items may be re-ordered when back in stock. Note that newly introduced items are often difficult to restock at short notice.

Email is our preferred method of communication as we are an internet based retailer. Due to this we do not have a dedicated telephone query line & would ask you to email us, this also means that you & ourselves have a clear written record of what has been discussed.

Champagne Crafts do not disclose or sell any of your information to third parties.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Please contact us at mail@champagne-crafts.co.uk before returning any item.
We will replace or refund any item you receive if damaged or faulty.
If you change your mind about an item or you have received the wrong goods please notify us within 7 days or receipt of your order. Please enclose a copy of your invoice showing which item is being returned. A refund will be processed if the item is returned in its original condition. Items in sealed packs must be unopened.
The cost & responsibility of returning an item is your responsibility & we recommend you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office.
If you would like a replacement item please order this through the website in the usual way.
Refunds will be made via PayPal to the credit/debit card or PayPal account with which the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
As our prices include P&P we will refund the item less the appropriate postage charge. We will calculate this as follows: 1st class postage rate x the weight of the refunded item.
Please note that the refund will not be processed until the returned item(s) are received.
